He does look familiar-the ride is right next to the Flintstones car so I'm guessing it is a major cartoon character.

Marsupilami... he was part of Toon Disney back in the 90's with Tale Spin, Darkwing Duck, and Duck Tales. You just dont remember him cause... well... he died out.
