My parents are flying me out to see Kristin for her birthday, and also got me an Olympus 9000 (YIPPEE!!!) and a cat condo for my cat. My uncle gave me yet another horrible Boris Vallejo/Julie Bell calendar (I get one every year. He's getting a FGotM Calendar from me when it arrives) and $100 bucks. I'm weighing my options: Lego Medieval Village or Fansproject Defender are currently the two front runners... then again, some Venture Bros. Finer Things adornments could be cool...

Fingers crossed..my girlfriend will be paying for the trip to C2E2 if I can get the time off.

Family really blew me away this year with actually caring to know what I want. My sis and mom said they had a hayday with Black Friday moreso than e-shopping on Amazon and such. Oh, and mom and pops gave me $50. Cool of 'em. I was really glad I gave a little more than I normally would this year.

^ Very cool. Speaking of Satan, I always help others wrap their gifts for others, and wrapping a gift from my parents to my brother, a special hot-sauce collection (my brother loves that stuff), I wrote from Satan on the tag. I also wrote "From: Spirit" to one of my nieces. Spirit is a horse from a Disney flick of the same name. She loves horses, she's so cliche. Heh. I also put Krampus on my other whiney nieces gift. That was Christmas Eve trade off stuff. Heh...I put Obi-Wan Kenobi to my youngest niece. That was the only one they caught, and it was the only one that was random. Shucks.

Also, I LOVE Adam Warren. Couldn't get into Empowered though.

I was a little disappointed to see that the inside art is just B&W ink, with pencil smudges underneath. His artwork is so much more gorgeous when it's colored.

And, the perv in me was disappointed to see an "Explicit Content" sticker on the front, only to see there isn't a speck of nudity inside.

I think that was my problem with this book.
