That is a tough one. I really think you would have to cast a bunch of unknowns..and they all kind of looked the same to me.

The woman that Butcher is always banging I would defintely cast Ellen Barkin.

Megan Gale. Not sure how I feel about her, not knowing her acting. She was majorly rumoured to be Wondy in the now seemingly dissipated JLA flick of George Miller's.
Zooey would be great as Zee. Never considered her for that part and I love Deschanel.
Cooper as Ollie fits so well. He's great at playing a brash humoured horndog.
