Nope. She was originally designed as an anthropomorphic French poodle, but she was fully human by the time she was appearing in the Bimbo cartoons.

However, fantasizing about cartoon or comic characters has always eluded me. Yes, some artists can draw hotter figures than others, but it's still just a drawing. And I've never gotten being attracted to non-human characters at all.
