The Big Bang Theory

So, any fans of the show? I know at least two people on here that hate it, but are there any fans?

I love it. I thought the 3rd season premiere was pretty good. Howard's Cowboy act was funny.

The writing is fairly pedestrian, but the geek humor can be entertaining. It's always fun to try and spot comics and action figures in the background.

I disagree on the writing. Well actually, that the cast itself elevates the whole show. The writing would be pretty run of the mill if read in script form, but the cast delievers it so well, it elevates everything up a level.

Big fan, but not as big of a fan as my wife. I was kind of ehh..when I first saw it, but the show did improve over time. I haven't seen the premiere yet, but have it on the dvr for later.

I love the show. I think I might like seeing all the geek culture even more

Does anyone else beside me pause to read the Chuck Lorre blog at the end of each episode?

They are sometimes funny.

And yes I love the show.

I really like the episodes I've seen but I don't go out of my way to watch it. All in all I'd say it's pretty good.

I love this show, my Sister got me and my Dad watching this and a couple of my friends and my grade 10 science teacher watch it too. I'm not too sure if it really is all the guys' fault for Sheldon's problem in the premire but i think they'll develop his character abit more human.

I HAVE that shirt!! TBBT is one of my favourite shows EVAR! I first noticed it when the season 1 DVD was out and playing at my local HMV whilst shopping for other DVDs. The Time Machine ep was playing, and I just fell in love immediately. Grabbed the DVD and the wife and I watched the whole thing that weekend. My wife is obsessed with Sheldon, meanwhile, I hump the TV everytime Penny is on. We need a new TV.

i thought last night's episode was average, not bad but not as funny. Ometimes i don't think i like Sheldon and Penny 100% of the time and the list of stuff Sheldon said about her rang true for me. I did really feel sorry for Sheldon, poor guy.

Sheldon: I should have asked more than a robot and comic book...

I only saw the last 10 minutes of it and missed the last few so I'll catch up.

Is it just me or was last nights episode kinda dark? The stuff with Sheldon running away from the arguements was funny, but also really sad at the same time.

It was odd...but still hilarious.

I loved the part with Sheldon, Leonard and Penny in the comic shop.

yeah, that and the fact his dad apparently drank and fought with Sheldon's mom alot and his mom seems like the most optimistic person on the show.

I thought it was another great episode. One that actually delved into why Sheldon is the way he is. Raj and Howard are seeming more and more like a couple. Even Raj's parents think so.

And I loved the way the writers explained it in a dark, but yet hilarious way. Good stuff.

I noticed that, too, about Sheldon's growing up. Nice way to throw a little seriousness into another wise funny show.

Yeah, he was definitely growing up when he threw a child-like fit when Leonard and Penny were fighting. lol Though, that must be one of his better eps!

I liked this week's episode quite a bit.

I think Raj is officially my second favorite character (Sheldon is my favorite). Loved Raj's line: Do you know what vegan chicken and rice is? Rice!

I totally Sheldon. and I love seeing what Wolowitz wears each episode. Anyone else think his mother is hilarious??
