Marvel Zombies: Dead Days. It was alright.
MZ 2 was surprisingly weak, being that Kirkman wrote it. But came together near the end. Sort of.
MZ 3 was arguably the best. Even better than the original mini, IMO. Machine Man in the zombieverse? You can't beat that.
MZ 4 was a really good follow up. UnDeadpool was damned funny. Midnight Sons could've had a bigger impact, but enjoyed their presence.
Marvel Apes minis and one-shots. Joke was tired after the 2nd issue and it didn't complete itself (cancelled) to where it was explained what happened by the time it reached Evil Evolution, which had to explain what was going to be printed...just messy and pretty boring. And then the one-shots and Evil Evolution ended up being pointless with the crossover with the Marvel Zombies U. Time Travel. I know, spoiler. But just avoid it. Again, a mess.
MZ Returns was alright. Nice loop. For those who've read, you'll understand what I mean by loop.
MZ 5 was wonderful! Really liked it. Liked all the different types of viruses, loved Machine Man returning, Howard the Duck getting some face time, and the new addition of Swift Cloud, who I hope becomes a bigger part of Marvel U. Also, took the parody to knew heights with all the alterniverses. Even the fact that it is titles simply Marvel Zombies
5 is comedy on the horror genre. I, too, love how it made fun of the jaded comic fans out there.
