I still don't know how much vacation time I have left, and at the best, I'll only be able to take Friday off, so I'd have to fly down then or after work Thursday. A pick-up would be awesome...

Also, how late would be too late to buy my plane ticket?

I've noticed that prices go up the longer you wait, so the sooner you buy one the cheaper it will be (availability of seats and what not)
