Frozen walked over to the frozen mr sun and mr moon with a cocky swagger to his movements.
“He beat us mr sun,”
“fair and square mr moon,” muttered mr sun melting the ice with his own abilities
“want some more?” asked frozen abilities charging up in his hands
“no need, you beat us…we are honour bound to serve you,”
“indeed myself and mr moon are at your service,”
“cool,” grinned frozen
“enough of the puns don’t you feel that?” muttered Tc
“I suggest we move away from here,” muttered Mr sun
“agreed mr sun,” muttered Mr moon
“too late for that traitors!” muttered a voice full of hate. They all turned round and saw Orpheus rising out of the darkness with a grin.
The world sat and watched the fights unfold with a grin on his face. He checked out the battle between phazar puma and the devil and grinned.
“Xion you son of a bitch….I’ve been waiting all these years to do this!
Phazer Puma drew out his shield before a fire bolt from Devil came at him, and under cover he unsheathed his sword. Devil saw him charging and blew some purple mist in PP's direction and electrocuted him before PP could slice him. PP was hit much more with a mixture of air and water-shaped fists beating him hard in the chest and all the while with Devil laughing manically.
“suck up the pain,” thought Puma blood slowly dripping down his mouth. “remember what the monster did to you in the first place, remember the pain!”

Zahn Nhaz was 25 years, 9 months, 25 weeks, 284 days, 1 hour, 4 minutes and 43 seconds old when the worst day of his life (so far) happened to him. Zahn was on patrol that night, keeping guard at the western border of the temple of Purgo of Malum, an area which consisted of nothing but the communications tower. Accompanying him was Sister Gert and Brother Andres. Sister Gertrude Vaughne, AKA Melting Manx, had the power of melting objects with her mind. Brother Andres Colt, AKA Lancet Lynx had the power of throwable bio-blades. PP remembered that explosions were heard and MM went to see what was wrong. Then, as he remembers it, many of monks came flying out while on fire and much more destruction came upon them.
"Hahaha! So many Purgo of Malum Monks to kill!" PP thinks he heard the masculine, strange voice, but unsure because of slight hearing loss. PP got up, got out his crossbow, jumped down and made ready his strike against the stranger along with MM and LL.
Before they could so this, Brother Duncan Douglas AKA Shadow Sphinx (personal trainer of new PoM members), used his powers of shadow manipulation to block their way. He said that he saw the carnage of over half the temple caused by the stranger and he wants them to be the ones to kill him. PP was frightened by his former mentor, who seemed somewhat bloodthirsty and unhinged by the ordeal.
He told PP that he had to strike first since he could dodge the elemental attacks with phasing so its mostly up to him. PP was unsure of this but given his respect to his old trainer, he promised he'd do so. SS sent PP out and right on the spot he came up to the stranger and phased one of his arrows into the man's legs. He screamed and LL came and pinned him to the walls.

PP ducked the next bunch of fists and managed to slash his sword across Devil's face, rendering his right eye completely useless and that side of his face scarred.
“gaaaaaaah!” screamed the devil as blood streamed down his face. He blindly struck at PP continually missing him due to his phasing abilities.
Then
MM was about to melt the wall around him but the man cackled maniacally and stomped his feet and some of the melting wall bottom flew off and hit her, scarring her badly. SS struck at the villain with his axe but the man threw lightning at the axe and electrocuted him. LL threw more blades at him and the man dodged them and he tried to suffocate him with wind. PP shot a loose arrow but the man used wind to hit him in with his own arrow across the cheek. PP phased out to get a sneak attack in but it was sadly not great.
The man had MM, SS and LL together with a sharpened clump of stone ready to strike down on them. He looked and saw PP coming and he let the stone drop on them. as expected, PP phased them down the next floor. The only problem was a stone broke PP's helmet and cracked his head before PP could make himself fully intangible.
On the next floor PP was losing consciousness but tried his full hardest to stay awake. This was not achieved and he hated himself every moment he grew tired and then he closed his eyes.....
Now
Xion unleashed his fire and earth combo, stomping the ground and lifting up large pieces of the ground and igniting them on fire. PP tried his hardest to keep his cool but was struck by a large piece his shield was barely able to guard against, and was severely shocked that he couldn't phase anymore!
“No!” shouted PP trying as hard as possible to phase but it wasn’t working
“this should be easier than the fools I killed all that time ago,”
Then
A sharp pain woke up PP, and he screamed. He looked to where he felt the pain and it turned out his foot had not phased along with him and fell down the next floor. PP then tried to walk off the pain and was shocked by the ruins around him. Everywhere was burnt, damp, sunken and missing large chunks of interior. A heavily scarred female monk came in, she had an expression of sorrow and adrenalin. Her name was Natasha Kretchovic AKA Corrosive Cougar, sister of Andres. She bandaged PPs leg and gave him a strong dose of pain killers and expressed her apathy for him. Then she picked up PP and carried him outside where LL and PoM leader Dave AKA Grand Leopard were, both had dour expressions on their faces among the rubble of the temple.
GL said the man attacking them was named Xion, whose mission that night apparently was extermination of the order. As CC had told him, PP, her, the two other men and a small girl SS was training may very well be the lone survivors. LL told GL of Their exploits last night and GL was proud of both and sadly said that MM had not survived her injuries. When PP inquired about SS, GL told him he did not see him at all that night. PP insisted they look for him but GL said he might be dead by now.

PP was on the ropes and then Devil made the final blow, PP thrusted his shield and pressed on forward to give the Devil the majority of the attack (though PP was quite hurt from this also).
Devil was pretty much blinded and his face was scorned painfully and he unintentionally made the floor crack open and let the two fall down.
“If I die so shall you…time to meet your aunt and uncle!” screamed xion sadistically
Then
Three months later and GL had gone on a break from the order, much to initial disdain from LL and CC, a Japanese girl named Yoshika had become PP's student. He would train her like his Aunt and Uncle and SS had, She may hate him for it but he did not care. She, by his words, would be a great monk.

Devil grabbed PP as he found a way to keep from falling, and the two fell further until Devil used the wind to propel him back up. PP, still falling, managed to slice off Devil's arm and they both fell down, down, down into the darkness....
“If I die so shall you,” grinned puma repeating the devils words much to xions horror
Suddenly a temporal hole opened up swallowing the devil. The last words before Puma impacted was the following
“Xion is my plaything, but do not worry puma you will live to fight another day,”
The world grinned at the fight and then began to walk over to a heavily wounded man who was strapped to a gigantic machine. The world laughed and muttered “Well that was fun wasn’t it Duncan?”
