Yeah it was a not too shabby episode. I wish they had more with the arc though... less one offs.

Next weeks episode looks good. I'm a sucker for time travel.

I really enjoyed The Song Remains The Same. Like I said before, I'm a sucker for time travel.

I loved when Dean revealed to Mary that they were her sons, and that she was already pregnant with Dean.

Yeah, I wish they hadn't gotten their minds wiped, but I knew going in that it would happen. If they hadn't they it would've changed the future.

Looks like TNT is showing reruns of this show...might be a good time for me to get caught up. Is this something that I can just hop onto or should I start from the beginning?

I'm about halfway or so through the fourth season and I don't find it as enjoyable as seasons 2 and 3 imho. I loved the Monster Movie episode but the rest of the season so far isn't as much fun. Maybe it's the whole apocalypse plotline or something but I don't care for it much (What supernatural based shows haven't used Apocalypse for a plot one time or another?). Is the fifth season better?

I'd say start from the beginning. The first season has a lot of one and done episodes, but there's still plenty of episodes that build the mythology early on to make them essential watches.

It's about the same. They are doing quite a few one off's while progressing the overall arc.

Best Buy has season 4 for 9.99.

Bought it Sunday. Totally lucked out.

I bought it when it first came out at $35.00. I had been watching all the seasons and this was my last one to watch...I couldn't stand to wait for a price drop.

I actually think the show keeps getting better. Season 4 is my favorite season overall (I think when it's done season 5 will top it, but I'm going to wait until the season is over to say for sure). I love that they've introduced Heaven and angels.

I'm pretty sure they were always going to do a season 6, only it would almost be like a retcon. Not sure if this is still the plan.

TNT and Supernatural... They are set on my DVR. And I believe its at season 2 right now.

Just finished Season 1 for the first time. Took me 6 days.

Totally starting Season 2 tomorrow (after work).

That finale...you'd think that "T-bone out of nowhere" gag has been done to death in TV & movies, but shit...it still works...

And, while I can't read anyone's responses to my post...not until I'm all the way caught up...I will say what I told Lee after the first or second episode: that ceiling-burning demon's an asshole.



And the show's actually scary, too! There were a couple times when I really got freaked out! And not much scares me, entertainment-wise...

^^^ I agree. Some episodes are better than some horror movies I have watched.

The cast has been going to Comicon the last couple of years and they're always entertaining.

My absolute favorite eppy in terms of funny lines was the "Ghostfacers" episode. "Dude you're going to have to go over there and be gay for that ghost".

Finished watching the first disc of season 2, episodes 1-4. Episode was quite the start for the seris, plus a great follow-up to season one's finale.

Episode 2 was a great nod to It, as was ep.3 with "Blade" acknowledgement.

Episode 4, with the, I guess you'd say, revenant, an unorthodox zombie, was pretty interesting, considering the ordeals with death the bros. had been through. 'Specially Dean.

I just watched the two first episodes of season 5 and I'm really enjoying them. I hope it keeps the trend.
