Up is a great film. My dateopenly wept during the sadder partsactively stuggled against the ropes.
I don't have kids....... unless you count PotatoJoe (he acts like a kid most days). I'm not ashamed to sit in a theater full of 6 year olds and watch my cartoon movies. I love love love Pixar movies.AlienIncognito wrote:I haven't seen many of these as I don't have any kids , but I really enjoyed The Incredibles and the Toy Story films.

It's the Incredibles, not Uncle Touchy's Naked Puzzle Basement.AlienIncognito wrote:Sorry I didn't mean any disrespect. I just feel like some sort of molester seeing these movies without a child in the theater. I mean Chuck E. Cheese has some decent food but I'm not going there without a kid either. Besides there is plenty adult fare to keep me entertained. If I'm that excited I can wait for DVD but by then I've usually lost interest.

As for Wall E, as I said in the other thread, it's boring, charmless, a chore to watch, filled with unlikable characters and contrived situations. It's the first flick I would consider actually bad. They were so concerned with their little save the world, everyone is fat, hippy dippy shit, they forgot to make an interesting plot.
Agreed.
The difference is Chuck E. Cheese is designed solely for children, where as a lot of animated movies (particularly Pixar ones) are aimed at all age groups. If you feel like a child molester when you go to the movies, you may have some deep-seated issues to deal with.AlienIncognito wrote:Sorry I didn't mean any disrespect. I don't know if it's a national rule, but I hear around these parts that they won't let you in without a child in your party.potatojoe wrote:AlienIncognito wrote:Sorry I didn't mean any disrespect.
