I probably won't see any of the Twilight films until all of them release on Blu-ray and DVD...but that's a BIG probably. I just ordered the books and I'm pretty sure they'll be more entertaining than the films-the only reasons that make me want to see these films are the awesome wolves and Kristen Stewart...she's pretty but no enough for me to stand in a long line of giggling girls. The only thing I've watched and loved that was close to this saga is The Vampire Diaries. I have to admit New Moon does look a bit interesting since I have no idea what the concept is about.

Anyway, I posted this thread for anyone who's going to see it or just want to discuss and poke fun at it.

The books are better than the movie. I felt that Twilight was a Wayan's brother's parody movie...I have never laughed out loud so much. I fear the 2nd one will be the same. The 3rd movie is suppose to be directed by Guermillo Del Toro's prodigy that might be one to see.

I don't know, I may see it. I haven't seen Twilight (and I didn't really want to before now).

When I saw the New Moon trailer I thought it looked dumb at first, but about halfway through it didn't look half bad. So, if I get a chance to see Twilight and I like it enough I may go to New Moon.

I read most of the original Twilight a few yrs ago and didnt like it. Only a teeny Bopper could read stuff like that and like it. I actually borrowed a copy off my wifes kid sister lmao. Thats why u dont take reading recommendations from 15 year olds.

GOing on Saturday with my wife. Katherine Hardwick is not directing so I'm sure it will be at least 50% better.

I haven't seen any Twilight and I don't plan on it either. It just makes vampires look bad. Nothing but heart throbs acting like half-assed vampires. I don't need to go see Dawnson's Creek with vampires and now werewolves.

I'd rather have ten 2012's over stuff like this to be honest. Unfortunately mostly thanks to thousands of 12-15 year old girls (and a few older people) this movie will make money hmm

Well there's people who like that type of stuff but I never liked those kinds of shows. I always hated stuff like 90210 and Dawsons Creek. I can't tolerate stuff like that at all. tongue

Twilight the movie was entertaining, better than I expected. Twilight the book was written by someone with no writing talent. I'll never understand how it was published. Her prose and flow and style, are like that of a nine year old who held their breath too long underwater once. Stephanie Meyer is easily one of the worst writers to ever make a living doing it.

Puhleeze. She made thirteen, which you know, is a great film. Her direction is probably the thing that made the movie half way entertaining.

Thirteen was terrible. And I hope you're being sarcastic. Hardwick has a hardon for Nikki Reed, that's the only reason she's even in the movies. She's horrible.

This actually came out last week, I went to my comic shop and there it is. Right next to the B. Obama and M. Obama comic books. I mean I seen the Hillary Clinton comic book and the other Presidential comic books. But what the hell makes this girl so special?

That's part of Bluewater's "powerful women" series of comic books. I think the wrong comic book publishers went bankrupt...
