Yeah, they were all like, 'hey guys! don't worry! here's your new boss, we'll get in contact with you soon!' and then nothing.

You know, PoP! should do an article about how we got started for the magazine and how it came to this. Maybe have Sal write it since he was the first and most successful. I mean, we went from volunteer column writers for the website to paid freelance writers for the mag. Not to mention, we were mods until the site went under.

You write it, I'll run it.

It's been established on the Pop!-Cast numerous times. We're good. Besides, I for one would rather not dwell on it. I\'ve definitely moved on. Wizard's use of free labor isn't exactly hush-hush, so it's not like that would rattle any cages. Hell, there were several reports when we first started about "disgruntled ex-Wizard employees" starting their own site when we launched nearly a year ago. And we were still on the mag at that point.

I... do not understand what they're business plan is, exactly. It's like they're head of everything is Bizarro.

I think the employees are just collecting a paycheck while they still can. Gareb knows the ship is sinking, that's why all of his convention purchases were under his name and not Wizard's. Everyone there knows it's inevitable.

The last issue I got was their 18th "Top 50" issue of the year.

After firing Gibbons & the debacle with NYCC, I stopped having the comic shop hold them.

(I still get Toyfare, because I still like it, and I want to keep helping Aclin until they can him, too...)

I can't believe how thin this issue was. Instead of the dumb top 50 countdown, now there's a dumb top 30 countdown.

The only reason that I was still getting Wizard was to see if I was quoted, but now that the WUMB is gone that's not possible. I've gotten the last two issues out of habit, but I'm done now I think.

At least this issue (finally) had a 50th anniversary article for Supergirl. However, I don't remember TMNT's 25th anniversary being mentioned at all this year.
