Tron Legacy

It wont be out until December of next year, but I for one am pretty hyped up for it. I am a huge fan of the first film and am glad that this sequal is being made. The fact that they got Jeff Bridges to reprise his role from the first movie just brings my expectations even higher. I truly hope I dont get dissapointed by this. I know my expectations going already are going to be high, I just hope I can lower them before I see it so I am not too dissapointed.
It's also going to be in 3-d. Lightcycles...in 3-d

In all truthfulness it looks good. the preview was interesting as well. I hope the plot doesn't fall flat since the effects look sweet.

I forgot to mention this before and I should of but you can get a real cool Encom badge with your picture on it just by solving this puzzle, I got mine in the mail last week and am highly impressed with it, comes with a laynard and everything and no disney trademarks or copywrights on it at all so it looks extremly real, only copywright on it is one for Enocm.

Not only is Jeff Bridges in it but so is Bruce Boxleitner who played Tron in the original. I am so jazzed for this.

Well done. I am more jazzed for this movie than probably any other movie I can think of.

Being an enormous fan of the original, I want to be really jazzed about the sequel but I just can't seem to. 30-year-old sequels don't have the best track record, but even more than that it doesn't look anywhere near as visually striking as the original movie or even 2003's Tron 2.0. It just kind of looks like every other CGI-heavy movie being produced without the stylistic flair of its predecessor. That being said, while I'm not overly excited, I remain cautiously optimistic.

I'm pumped for it.

I've never seen the original, but this one looks pretty cool. I may have to check out the original sometime soon.

I recommend you watch it, it really is a fantastic movie that was ahead of it's time.

I watched the original a lot when I was a teenager...but it's been about that long since I've seen it. I need to rewatch it before the sequel comes out.

Nobody I know watched the original. To me it's a classic part of my childhood.

I may have to end up seeing Tron: Legacy alone.

Nice! So Clu is the bad guy in this one? Cool, even cooler that it Clu and not Flynn as Clu, but Clu himself kinda like Sark in the original. I wonder if there will be a new MCP and what it will look like, I'm just guessing the after South Park they will want to change the look of MCP.

I don't think that is Clu, I am thinking it is either a new program Flynn created that somehow became too powerful for him to control or maybe that is the MCP using Flynn's form since he was responsible for destroying him? I could be wrong on both counts though
