Wzltz should and will win. If he wasn't nominated, Tucci would've been my favorite for the win. Best thing in that boring film.

Waltz was amazing...Completely deserves it.
Harrellson...would have been my pick if not for Waltz.
Tucci...Tough role that he almost turned down. I can see why he was nominated.
Damon...No clue how he was nominated. He was ok, but not really an Oscar worthy role.
Plummer...Haven't seen The Last Station yet. But he's 80 years old, been acting for 52 years and this is his first nomination.

Haven't seen any of the films yet, but Waltz has the most heat, and people were predicting an Oscar for him when IB first came out, so I'll go with him.
