No, the accent from Mexico is different than the one from Spain.

I was thinking more on the lines of "Ay papi!"

Spanish accents tend to be more lispy.

Aparently all people from Illinois emphisize certain vowel sounds. I haven't really noticed..I don't sound like Pickles the drummer from Dethklok even though hes from Wisconsin..it's more of a Chicaga accent.

Its not drugs as more like almost everyone on that show is constantly drunk

I think they're right about the vowel sound emphasis. Even in Indiana they have a distinct accent. I live about 30 miles from the IL/IN border and see people from Indiana all the time. In most cases you can tell which state they're from just by listening to them talk. It's like..."Oh yeah. That guys from Indiana."
