So, let’s get right to it: Writer James Robinson and artist Mark Bagley will be the new ongoing creative team on JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA, starting in October.
James Robinson and Mark Bagley on Justice League of America? Check. Jism in pants? Check.

I hope J.R. can put in a long run on the series....his stories tend to work better when he has lots of time to develop subplots.

God damn it. I was going to drop JLA, but now I have to stick with it. I like Robinson on Superman, and I LOVE Bagley's work.

Beat me to it!

Face the Face is one of the best Batman stories I have ever read. His mini-series The Golden Age was also incredible work.

No, all I've ever read from him is the Superman stuff he's doing now.

The Omnibus editions that DC is currently releasing are an excellent way to read the series.

Simply amazing.

Not if editorial sit on Robinson's neck like they did with McDuffie.

As a Batman fan you owe it to yourself to read Face the Face.

^ Ditto.

Also, I felt I had to stop in again because it still feels like a dream. It was like he was getting it, then it was dashed, and now he's back. So happy. Smile

Well, I've had my LCS order Face the Face for me so I'll be getting it shortly.

^ Good for you. Give Golden Age, a four issue mini and a tpb afterwards. It'll prep you for Starman. If you like it, that is.

I am loving the new creative team on this book. I just hope they have the freedom to do what they want on the book. Here's hoping.

Len Wein is currently doing the next 3 issue arc, ya?

Also, just heard that their will be another ongoing series for the JLA featuring Jeph Johns as writer. Thought that was neat.

I was really close to dropping this but with Robinson coming on I'm going to stick it out.

I have to get his run on Starman.

I might actually give the JLA main title a shot, after what I've seen from Cry For Justice. Really digging Robinson's writing on that.

I think this team is interesting and diverse and should be cool to see how James Robinson has them work together.
