The Wolverine Wolverine-hughjackman

http://insidepulse.com/2010/11/14/official-title-revealed-for-darren-aronofskys-wolverine-2/

In an interview with Hitfix, Darren Aronofsky (Black Swan, The Wrestler) has revealed that his upcoming sequel to X-Men Origins: Wolverine will have a much shorter title than the original film. The movie, starring Hugh Jackman as the Canadian mutant with razor-sharp claws, will be titled The Wolverine. Pretty catchy, eh?

Aronofsky also told HitFix that The Wolverine is more of a “one-off” project than a true sequel. Written by Christopher McQuarrie and based off the famed Chris Claremont and Frank Miller comic book mini-series, the movie finds Wolverine in Japan involved in a rmance with a woman promised to another man. This love affair leads to plenty of samurai sword fights and ninja scuffles.

Aronofsky is a good director so I've got a good feeling about this. Plus I love the fact that it will be dealing with Logan's time in Japan.

Nice. Maybe now will get an idea of what his Batman movie would have been like.

Just heard about this. Aranofsky's sticking with it...nice. He wouldn't do it unless he had confidence, which gives me hope.

Hopefully it will be good. The only thing i really liked about the last movie was seeing Jackman as Wolverine.

I'm just glad that it's going to follow the comic book more and better than any of the other movies that have come out.

Well, if they try to stay true to the comic then it should be "R". But being that most companies want as many viewers as possible they might make it PG-13 and then when they release the DVD they'll release an "R" version. That tends to happen a LOT with movies like these.
