@saph - el wires......... that is a very good idea..... i just dont know how to wire it so that it feeds off a battery casing O-o.... and this evo sheets u speak of ur friend has - did it come in the light grey color? or was that painted on?

it comes in all kinds of colors, but the kind he bought came in gray. He's actually going to be painting it an iridescent blue/purple.

I just wanted to know what he was using and where to get it. I don't think I'll be able to afford any commission work this year.

I don't know that he's priced it yet. He hasn't even finished building his girlfriends armor, but I know he was talking about selling them at some point, I'll let you know if he ever posts it.

He got his package of the EVA foam at Harbor Freight. You can get it all over...

yeah ok sooo his procedure was - design armor template in paper - cut floam - heat - then set?

i am a quick visual learner - just need to see it done once and i can probably recreate the steps (lol getting materials is never an issue)

He said something about posting some videos of him making it soon. I think I can figure it out too after seeing video.
