Batman: False Faces - a collection of some of Brian K. Vaughan's early DC work. The Matches Malone / Ventriloquist arc was very good, as was the Mad Hatter story, but the Wonder Woman / Clayface storyline was just okay. A pretty worthwhile trade overall.

Read "Return of the Dapper Men" by Jim McCann and Janet Lee. It's outstanding. Please pick it up if you have a chance. The artwork alone is gorgeous.

I just finished reading Venom Dark Origins. It was pretty good. It was different than how he was protrayed in Spiderman 3. I would like to see him get his own movie. The story was good and the artwork was great.

I just picked up issue #1 of The New Avengers and issue #1 of Haunt. I got for free issue 1 & 2 of The Asylum of Horrors.

Picked up Daredevil: Noir. If there was a comic idea that I was predisposed to completely fall for, this is it.

Picked up Walking Dead volume 5, 6, & 7. Can't wait to read these.

I read Marvels over the weekend for the first time, and, wow, that was one of the greatest comics I've ever read. Just flat-out wonderful from beginning to end.

I picked up Empire and Dark Wolverine issues 1 & 2.

Just read Batman: Gothic. Good stuff.

I read Darken: Dark Wolverine issue #1. It was pretty good I am going to pick up some more issues.

The Noir trades are something I really want to get. The Daredevil and the Spider-Man are the two I am most interested in.

I haven't read Daredevil, but Spider-Man Noir is really good.

I read the first issue of Spider-Man: Noir and meant to pick up the trade long before now but what I read in the first issue had me really interested.

I have a question for anyone that has read Daken: Dark Wolverine. At the end of issue #1 they gave a ton of back story for Daken. Now is that back story what future issues will consist of or is it to set you up for the next issues that will go in a different direction since you now know his back story?
