I'll never understand our kicker Garrett Hartley. He'll kick long game winners to send us to the Superbowl, but miss chip shots from under 30 yards. We gave away a big loss to a division opponent. Hope this at least wakes us up and makes us play up to our potential again. Still a lot of football to be played.

Dont know how he made the first kick to even go in overtime. They fly way to the left and have really weird rotation.

Atlanta looks to have a real contender this year.

Yeah he has a really strong leg...but he's kind of an "idiot kicker" as Peyton would say.

ATL is definitely a good team. We will have to fight for the division this year.

Is that what happend? Holy Crap! I would've run it a couple of times up the middle and kick it on third down. Fucking kickers suck!

Yeah man, I was stunned. Run the damn ball for a couple plays with Pierre Thomas...knowing him he probably would have trucked his way into the endzone. Game over. Sean Payton is not the type to play conservative either, so I don't think he was scared of a fumble or anything. Something tells me he wanted to show Hartley that he had confidence in him, because Harley has kinda struggled lately. In other words, Payton over-thought the situation and it cost us the game. Oh well, he's still one of the best coaches in the league.

Time to audition other kickers. Even if you don't pick up a new one it might scare Hartley enough to straighten him out. That's what Parcells used to do.

The Cheifs aren't for real, the 49ers are just a GIANT dissapointment. Unfortunately, the accursed Steelers are very much for real. They're flat out terrifying this year.

Man they really are a HUGE disappointment. They've had a very talented team on both sides of the ball for a couple years now. There's no reason why they shouldn't have cake-walked to an NFC West Division title this year.

I think it's time for Singletary to take a walk. I don't think he's a very good coach...plus he's a little cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.

Another great game for the Colts. Forced turnovers and stopped the Broncos twice in the red zone on fourth down tries. The offense looked great as usual with Austin Collie playing like a madman. Manning is now up to 9 TD's, 1,013 pass yds and 0 Interceptions. Video game numbers through 3 games and scary to think that this is his hottest start statistically speaking of his career.

A win is a win, but Palmer has got to get his shit together. Actually, I've never drunk the Palmer kool aide the rest of Cincy has, and people around here are starting to really question if he has what it takes (spoiler alert, he doesn't. )

Looks like that Colts and Bears SB rematch could be a real possibility.

Not many people had the Chiefs and Bears at 3-0. Bears taking advantage of key mistakes by the opposition.

Interesting season so far.

I'm a die hard Niner fan so let me say we pretty much suck right now. But I still have hope. Singletary is a good coach but he needs a real OC. You need to have the threat of the pass to open the running lanes and we just didn't have that. The next few weeks should be interesting with the new OC.

^^He's just a body on the field right now. He made more waves knuckling up with Vernon Davis than what he's doing on the field.

I know a few people from Philly and I don't expect to hear cheers for McNabb. That is a shame. He was great for them over the years he was there and was a class act. Philly has a history of abandoning there star players. It won't be long until it happens to the Phillies....I hope Wink

Another ugly win for my Saints. Turnovers and sloppy play are killing us on offense, we need to get our explosive swagger back from last year. But I think we'll be in good shape once we get all our injured starters back: Reggie and Pierre on offense and Sharper and Roman Harper on defense.

On the plus side, old man John Carny nailed all 3 of his FGs for us...albeit they were all under 33 yards lol. But hey, Hartley missed a game winning 29-yarder in OT so I'll take it. This will only give Hartley more motivation.

This wasn't as cut and dry as a week as I thought. Some upsets, some games closer than they should have been.
