So, the A Team movie's been cast

Bradley Cooper (the hangover)... Lt. Templeton 'Faceman' Peck

Liam Neeson (taken)... Col. John 'Hannibal' Smith

Jessica Biel (hottie)... Lt. Sosa

Sharlto Copley (district 9)... Capt. 'Howling Mad' Murdock

Patrick Wilson (watchmen)... Lynch

Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson (dry humper)... Sgt. Bosco 'B.A.' Baracus

I'm usually the one, when people freak out about re-makes, movies based on TV shows/cartoons, that says "hey the original was what it was, don't hold it to some higher standard out of nostalgia", but, that being said, this doesn't excite me. I know my own personal choices for the cast was unrealistic/too expensive (Clooney, Pitt, Carrey, Duncan), but, this cast they've got doesn't seem fun. I mean, it's going to be "less funny, more slick", and it may turn out to be 10 kinds of awesome but, right now, not jazzed for it. The funny was a big part of the show, letting the serious have more impact when it happened. Ah well, i wish them the best in making a great movie!

Nothing about the original ever interested me, but with that cast, I can't wait to see this movie!!

I agree that they need to stop with the remakes & [for money's sake]-sequels, and do more original things.

But I also severely enjoyed the Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake, and the original makes me want to vomit, so...

Hopefully Liam will be in full Taken mode.

yeah I grew up on the tv show but this casting doesn't interest me at all. I'll wait until a trailer comes out but I have a feeling I'll be skipping this one.

I don't get what chemsitry can be had from one promotional shot where it looks like they weren't even really together in the first place. God, ever day it seems nerds get quicker and quicker to bitch and condemn things.

While I have little to no interest in an A-Team movie, this cast looks pretty damn solid.

Well, i'll cop to being a nerd, never said i wasn't (even own a Revenge of the Nerds Booger 69 t-shirt), but, i'm not condemning the film, even wished it the best in my first post.
