There is some truth to this. I got hit on all the time when I worked at Fred's of Hollywood. So I took to wearing a HUGE face engagement ring. Whenever some perv would say "My girlfriend is about your size, could you try this on for me." I'd simply hold up the huge fake diamond and say "I don't think my fiance would approve."

It always worked and they didn't attempt their pervyness on any of my co-workers.

I enter class and she she waves at me and I wave back. I get my assignment out of my folder and as I pass her, she puts her hand on my arm to ask if I was free after class. I tell her I have some time before getting ready for work. She waits for me after class and we head to the library to print up her rough draft. As I wait, I slip a gum in my mouth and when she gets back, she ask if I wanted to go over it inside or outside. I chose an open bench outside and while I read, she puts a gum in her mouth. We sit down and she's sitting close to me and touching my knee and back as I edit her paper.

We spend at least 30 minutes on it and she thanks me for the help and that she'll edit it again for tomorrow for me to see. She mentions she didn't give me her number and we both exchange. We walk and I ask, "I wanted to ask you something..." "Sure, what is it?" "Do you want to go out?" "Tonight?" (come to find out while I work weekly, she works on weekends) "Well, I have a really busy schedule at UPS" "Well, contact me so we can make a date" "Alright"

She asked where I parked and I said I lived close and I don't have a car available at the moment. She offered me a ride in her mom's huge SUV. She said if I need a ride anytime, just ask because it hot. She's 24, leaves with her family and works at a restaurant bar and I have to say, I couldn't believe what was going on. She f-cking likes me and I don't care what people think or how they look.

So yeah, I can't believe it but I did it guys...I f-cking asked her out and she said yes. And she's a 10. Anyway, I sorry for putting you through all my whining, PoP!. But I'm happy to actually post some good news here. I did it.
